Basic system components:

  • Slican server MAC-6400, IPL-256, IPM-032, CCT-1668, CXS-024, IPU-14, IPS-08
Warning! ConsoleCTI application work with PBX's equipped with 6.22 firmware version or higher
  • system phones CTS-330, CTS-202, CTS-203
  • ConsoleCTI application
  • application licence key
  • PC with touchscreen monitor

Minimal PC requirements

  • Processor: CPU with 1.8 GHz or higher
  • RAM: 2GB
  • Graphic Card: compatible with DirectX 9
  • Operating system: WindowsXP SP3 or higher
  • Browser: Internet Explorer 8 or higher, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome
  • Additional software: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 or higher

It is possible to install software on PC that does not meet minimum requirements, but it will work slowly or will not be fully functional.
