Information

CTS-DHSG adapter allows to connect EHS system headset(Electronic Hook Switch) equipped in DHSG interface to CTS-330 (u and IP)system phone. Using this device allows us to control external headset pick-up and hang-up and triggering the ringer.
Adapter was designed to cooperate with DHSG interface with RJ-45 connector for example. Plantronics APS-11 EHS dedicated for Plantronics CS540A.

Instalation

Connect method of DHSG adapter is identical in every CTS-330 (U and IP) model (drawing below):

• connect adapter to EXT socket of phone using CTS-330.DHSG signal wire,
• connect headset acustic to the adapter (2 wires: microfone and earphone JACK-JACK),
• connect external headset with DHSG interface to DHSG adapter using wires delivered with EHS system with RJ-45 connector (compatible with signal distribution for Gigaset phones).

WARNING: For CTS-DHSG adapter to work properly, CTS phone needs external power supply, identical when additional consoles are connected.
